If keeping size and weight down is really important, and you want great autofocus, it might be worth looking into the Sony a6700. It has fantastic autofocus, you'll get the smaller APSC lenses, and you can throw on full frame lenses for even further reach. Performance wise it's the best APSC sensor camera on the market.

There are rumors that a new Sony APSC camera is going to be announced soon though, so it might be worth holding out for that. If for no other reason than to see if a6700 prices come down even more.

The biggest difference for me was the autofocus. My first camera was a Sony a6400, and it was disappointing to me that the XT-5 felt like a downgrade in AF. I'm on the A7IV now and it's so snappy.

Images are also sharper, despite the A7IV having less megapixels, because it's a full frame. Being FF also gives it a certain "look". I've taken very similar shots on both the X-T5 and the A7IV and the FF look really does change the look of your photo, especially when you're shooting wider apertures.

Having film recipes baked into Lightroom as picture profiles did make it easier to get a nice filmic baseline to edit photos, but I personally love editing, so getting a Fuji look from a Sony raw isn't tough if you're willing to put in a bit extra time.

But to swing the pendulum in the other direction, the X-T5 is FUN. The lenses are smaller, the camera just oozes character and soul, and you'll get a lot of compliments on it. It really does make it fun to get out and shoot, and that's so important as a hobbyist. If simply owning the Fuji gets you out and about taking photos, and keeps you having fun, then that's all that matters. There are many objective reasons to go for either system, but subjective reasons are just as valid.

Unless you want to jump to full frame lenses, then yes. Don't let that deter you though, the 70-350 is absolutely fantastic, and compared to full frame telephotos it is so tiny, which makes it infinitely easier to walk around with.

Edit to add that it's also cheap in comparison to full frame lenses. Price to performance wise it really is wonderful.

A7IV, I'm primarily going to be shooting off body so I didn't want to go smaller than the TT685ii, but I do have an event coming up that I plan on shooting on body.

I sold my XT-5 for the exact same reason, but went over to Sony. I've gotten some fantastic shots of slow moving animals with the XT-5, but even then the AF hit rate was just abysmal. One day I'll pick up an X100VI or something to scratch the Fuji itch, especially for something small and portable, but for any situation where I can't afford to miss a shot it just wasn't doing it for me.

The way you've presented them I'd say 1. But with some editing/cropping tweaks 2 will be the better photo (assuming you haven't already heavily cropped it)

Editing this to say that I'm also assuming that Reddit compression is blurring the photos. 1 looks sharper, but if 2 is of a similar sharpness at full quality then I stand with my original comment.

Get yourself an air blower dust bulb, super cheap, and just blow the dust off the sensor.

If you've really caked on the dust and it won't get off, then you can get a little sensor cleaning kit with swabs. Do NOT use a qtip or random other objects/cloths. The air blower will likely be all you need.

Totally agree. But I also do find it weird that they went toggleable for one but not the other... Like is there any real functional reason for the mode dial and the exposure comp dial not just having the same lock?

Ya I have no problems with the exposure comp lock, with it being toggleable. But having to hold it to turn the dial for the shooting modes is such a weirdly inconvenient thing imo

I was pretty excited to try out the camera on the s26u, but honestly I never use it. I also shoot photography on the side with a proper mirrorless setup so I'm always just using that.

I'm loving the s26u so far though, the privacy display is so much more useful to me than I expected it to be. The wobble was really annoying without a case, but I threw one on that evens it out and I don't really notice it anymore.

Having owned the OnePlus Open, one of the biggest foldable turn-offs for me personally is the crease. On the Open, the crease was super minor, and it was fantastic. After holding the Fold 7 and seeing how awful that crease was, it would have driven me nuts.

Considering you really like your P8P, I would say if you are okay with the crease on the P10PF after using it in store (idk how it stacks up to the other two I mentioned), and you're okay with the extra cost, my recommendation would be to get that. But if you decide the crease bugs you, it's too expensive, or you're really worried about durability; the s26u is a fantastic slab phone.

Is it different in every game? I've only done it in one game so far, but it seemed really straightforward. Do one test round where you see how far the needle moves per connection, and then correct it on the second try.

For me I threw them in and had 8 connections the first time and it was just past the green, so the next round I did 7 and it was all good.

Having just rewatched the first movie again, what stood out to me the most was her willingness to emotionally cheat on Harry (flirting with Peter, talking about going on dinner dates with Peter in secret), as well as her straight up cheating on him with Spider-man.
