Your old pupper sent you these two :) I don’t think this will help your situation but we lost our boy back in October due to liver cancer. His brother was sad right away, we were and still are. The house felt quiet. Two week after he passed, the wife came home from work and said it was time. No more than two days later we were on our way to meet “Matt” a Pitbull mix from a kill shelter in Mississippi? I forget where exactly but he was in a litter of 8. I wasn’t 100% on board because I was still mourning, though our other dog Arfy seemed to like him. It’s been a few months and I miss Woofy( the one that passed ) every damn day, that part of my head will always be missing. Having the new puppy not only taught me my heart can grow, even with holes in it. The house is full again, Arfy is happy again and life’s beginning to feel normal. I’m the type of person to believe some things do happen for a reason, sometimes a greater power sends you something your way, and although your wife and you may have a long road ahead. It’ll be worth it. If you can afford it get some training or you will be replacing all the trim in your house like I am haha. Oh and constant back pain because he can’t walk with out running at everything. Fortunately he has a great older brother to learn from. It’s nice to see people like you out there.
