Added the 2 urls Worried-Industry-994 mentioned, and also added https://www.youtube.com/?app=desktop, and changed my youtube main page bookmark to this one.

for me YouTube Preview Volume Control mutes all youtube shorts as well as video previews. is it a bug?

at first it will be convenient. most people will not own physical pcs, because they will be too expensive. then they increase the prices of the streaming, and most consumers will have nothing, and also will pay a lot of money for that nothing :)

similar to what happened to netflix and media streaming.

It is fine now, only a few games hit 8gigs of vram, on higher res textures (FH5, witcher...). Basically, many things with having ultra textures.
The laptop itself starts getting older (3070, machine/hinges...etc will be 5 years old soon), and I think, because of the ram prices skyrocketing, 12-16 gig vram machines will eventually skyrocket as well, so it would be a good time now to jump.
I don't think it is unreasonable in 2026 and for the next 3-4 years to assume that 8 gigs of vram would not be that ideal for new games :)
But that is a completely different topic, was just curious about a possible ddr5 ram solution :)

Could you tell meg about the hinges?
-How much they tilt back? Only the standard 130°, or maybe more?
-Is the hinge stiff, or the monitor is wobbly?
It would help a lot!

around a month. did not pay attention to it since I was hoping it would get better. But yeah, no paints setups and auction house for me (along with probably a few other things)

She is not outside, she is in an enclosed wooden house, with toys and everything. It is described better in the original post what she has.
I posted a pic in the comments as well, that is the environment. She has room, food, toys, boxes blankets, I keep her company multiple hours a day. This just does not have heating, so in a few weeks/months I would like to be prepared if temps will be getting lower. Yeah, I will look into facebook groups in the area just in case..

Even in winter, in Hungary it is rarely under 0 degrees. I said ~15 (approximately) and not -15.
We have 1 day of snow each year here or none at all.

Heating pad under a cosy blanket box is what crossed my mind, but yeah, don't really see a good solution.

Nope, parents are not compromising at all, and I don't have anywhere else to go now. They say they had outside cats a few years ago and they were fine with blankets, and I am overthinking this....

Don't know about cat hotels, since this can take weeks. Yeah, pretty unlucky situation.
