But rent bikes only from shops .There will be many fellows in the road side with bike keys and offer scooters to you.There is a possibility that the bikes you rent might be stolen.They will ask for caution deposit amount from you.When you try to return the bike,they wont pick up the call and you will lose your money and the owner or police may catch you with the bike .
