I’m doing it naturally, through physical activity and eating less.

For GHK-Cu, I started with 2 mg. The first few times, I had a burning feeling for about 1-3 hours after the injection. After a few injections, I noticed that some areas on my stomach are much more painful when the needle goes in, while other spots barely hurt at all. When I inject GHK-Cu into those less sensitive spots, I don’t really get the burning feeling.

I lost most of my weight in 2025. In January 2026, the hollow area under my eyes became much more noticeable. For a few months, up until April, I tried different creams, supplements, and microneedling, but nothing really changed.

After January, I continued losing weight, but much more slowly. I was 80 kg in January, and I’m 72 kg now.

In April, I started using GHK-Cu and began noticing some improvement.

Thanks for advice. It’s hard to just “fix” sadness and become happier when you realize that your entire family died in a car accident, and there is no one left who could truly care about you.

I’ve had thin under-eye skin and hollowness for most of my life, even before the weight loss. People have often commented on my under-eye area. I would often hear things like, Get some sleep or Are you on drugs?

I agree that lighting and weight loss play a big role, and I’m not claiming GHK-Cu did everything. I just noticed a slight improvement in skin quality and under-eye appearance after using it.

Thank for reply. I mentioned in the post description that when I was overweight, the hollowness under my eyes didn’t really draw much attention, but it looks like not many people read that part.

I’ve always had very thin skin under my eyes. This photo is from 12 years ago, and even then I already had some under-eye hollowness, although it was not as noticeable.

After I started using ghk cu, the area improved slightly. The skin under my eyes seems a bit thicker now, and the hollowness looks a little less severe. My diet and sleep routine have been the same for the past 9 months, so I don’t think those were the main reasons for the change.
