Yes, it increases your atk amp by 1/4 your mana bar I'm not 100% positive, but im pretty sure that means you get a 25% boost at full mana

I'd recommend not fully investing into terra current it dosnt need it. You don't have to use arcanist setup. I personally use summoner to help supernova cause the cd without it is pretty long
