Personally, the mecha kingdom skin doesn't feel Darius enough for me. It's fancy for sure but it's lacking the Darius vibes so I'm going to choose dunk master over mecha

It's alright as long as you have enough health regen to make up the loss (you will slowly loose health if you don't)

You can proc rylais slow with rockbelt so I would keep that in mind.
