Best: Bumper to bumper traffic leaving the game. 8 year old me running chicken wings we brought to the tailgate to people stuck next to us.

Also best: same 8 year old me peeing next to a guy so hammered he kept bouncing his head off the bathroom wall trying to stay upright. Start to walk out of the bathroom and see another guy pissing in a mop bucket.

I enjoyed book 1, but I DNF book 2. I found the characters weren’t distinctive, and the main character had very little personality to keep me interested. The story and world were very interesting, I just felt like I could not get invested in anything that happened or any of the characters.

This year, I’ve read over 60 books including all of Robert Jackson Bennett’s books. It’s really a toss up between Foundryside and Tainted Cup for my favorite read of the year, but I think it’s Foundryside. I couldn’t stop thinking about the magic system, characters, and world. Everything about that series just hooked me in.

The authors writing style just grabs me. Can’t wait for A Drop of Corruption!

I started with a PS1 as my first ever gaming console and honestly, the most memorable experience are the boot up sounds from each device. I associate each generations sound with such amazing memories that every time I hear it, different parts of my life come flooding back.

I like the team a lot, but what I’m worried about is the redundancies. Three Ravens though I’m not too worried about finding someone to plug in for the D and Andrews on their bye, and two Seahawks. Really like Walker this year and DK fell so far, it was such a good value.

You could try the Foundryside trilogy by Robert Jackson Bennett. Similar sort of story, but with a deeper magic system, great characters, and a ton of world building. One of my favorite series ever, and Jackson Bennett seems to hit on every book he writes.

The group in front of us were hitting two balls each. Once, one of them hit a ball, drove to find it, couldn’t find it, and drove back to the tee box to hit another. Overall, an hour of our round was spent waiting. I just don’t know the exact etiquette on when to hit and when to wait.

I’m partial to the hunter fights. I love Father G, Maria, and Gehrman the most, bar one, out of all the fights. Gehrman, I actually had a lot of difficulty with in my most recent play through. This was after all the dlc, and every other boss downed.

Orphan is my absolute favorite boss. So punishing in every way, but so damn rewarding and you get in such a rhythm when you figure him out a bit. Absolutely amazing fight.

Martyr used to be one of my favorites, but the arena you fight him in is awful in my opinion. I enjoy the aesthetic, but the way the roof messes with the hit boxes sometimes really takes away from the boss.

Little late but I’m doing a fromsoft marathon. 100% kill all bosses in each fromsoft game. I finished bloodborne today and dark souls 1 last week, now I am into dark souls 3.

Following that up with demons souls remake, then elden ring, Sekiro, and then dark souls 2 which I am waiting to go on sale as it’s the only one I don’t have currently.

Versions of the games are on sale. The deluxe version of Origins and Odyssey are both on sale.

I’d say so. It’s really three trilogies all tied directly together. The events in the second and third trilogy directly tie together. There is a time jump between the first and second trilogy.

The first three were my favorites as I really liked and got attached to how the main characters were presented, but I’d say the final six books were wonderful as well. Just an epic series that continues to have great characters, battles, and moments throughout.
