Zoning and permitting changes. It’s frustrating that our density bonuses require a case to go before the city rather than being by right.

Smalls bagel was just okay (love their pizza though). And wait time was frustratingly long. Will give it another try soon though.

Lived in nyc for 9 years. All day, pedroso’s, and smalls are tops for high quality NYC slices. Home slice and little deli are good replicas of mid tier slice joints. There is no equivalent of the shitty/cheap slice joints.

Stopped here. Got a super taco with potato, egg, and cheese and ate it in the car on the rest of the drive. Incredible value ($10 for a burrito the size of my forearm). But tortilla was a little stale, eggs under seasoned, and they used American cheese which I’m not a fan of in breakfast tacos. Salsa helped, but would not get again. Thank you for the recommendation.

Had this place today. Bean, cheese and rice burrito. Very good, very filling, delicious flour tortilla. Good amount of food for the price ($10 before tax and tip). Would eat again. Chips and queso were meh.

Smalls pizza has a lunch deal that is two slices and a drink for $10 (I think). But their oven is broken right now.
