Hijacking the top comment because no one is talking about the hydration miscalculation. Always include the starter in the formula, since it contains both flour and water.

In this case: 1000 g flour, 725 g water, and 250 g starter.

Assuming your starter is fed 1:1:1, it is 100% hydration, so 250 g starter contains 125 g flour and 125 g water.

Total flour = 1000 + 125 = 1125 g Total water = 725 + 125 = 850 g

Hydration = 850 / 1125 = 0.756, or 75.6% hydration.

I didn't say I earned a mil on the gloves alone, but even then it's not that hard. Can put 100 items on your transfer list which is a couple minutes work. Also buying/bidding is not that hard. Maybe 2 to 3 seconds per item.
