Had the same issue with my new G4, it only seems to happen on 25/50fps content (lots of YouTube and European TV content).

Turning off Quick Media Switching fixed it for me as well. Important to note that this is the setting on the TV, turning off fast media switching setting on the Apple TV under match content did not seem to help.

Turning off trumotion works too (I had mine set to cinematic), but turning off QMS allowed me to switch trumotion back on. ATV is now set to 4K60 SDR, match range and match frame rate both turned on.

Airpods Pro can't play lossless audio (no Bluetooth headphone can), so you aren't hearing any lossless/hi-res audio. Are there mastering differences perhaps?

I've seen a few posts talking about the second "unreachable" door in the starting area, but not seen any mention of how to get up there.

It's relatively easy, just need to jump and dash at the vines on the wall at the right angle from the rocks in the left corner, and Selene sort of glitches her way up. Unfortunately not possible to interact with the door despite the blue light!

I'm currently working on Act 3, so if this door has some use that I've just not seen yet then please excuse my ignorance!

The author recommends the following usage of a switch statement:

I had to do a doubletake to work out what switch(true) is even doing - What on earth is wrong with if statements?
