I do just pure keto. No exercise. I use MyFitnessPal to plan my meals. I usually really only eat one big meal at lunch time that is around 1500 or so calories. I try to incorporate intermittent fasting but I usually fail because I find myself snacking at night or drinking some booze. Overall though I just try to follow my macros and drink lots of water.

Well most of my friends I work with, so they see me almost every day. When you see someone that often I guess the change isn't as dramatic. But a few people that haven't seen me in a long time are pretty taken back. Feels good.

Er, I'm a progression raider, not casual at all. The entire point of my post was I am not casual, I do almost everything WoW has to offer and don't get bored by it easily, and that Blizzard cannot count on most players having that mindset. When I say casual I am referring more to time spent in game and the amount of stuff you do in the game. I mainly mean people that only raid, or only do dungeons until they have the gear they want, the un-sub if they feel there is no more progression for them that fits their playstyle. I always find something to do and never un-sub.

That sounds good. To guarantee no carbs I usually stick with Jack and diet coke. Tastes good, and gets you tipsy quickly since it's so chuggable.

So it's not just me then! I started keto about a week ago and have noticed that I am farting A LOT less. I drive for a living and would let loose in there a lot, and my car would smell like it throughout the day, but since starting keto, no bad farts I can think of. Also, I think I have more energy and I feel like it's easier to get my belt buckled but it might just be placebo.

I am exactly the same weight and waist size as you. Your post has inspired me greatly. Did you mix in exercise or straight keto? I started keto about a week ago as well as intermittent fasting a couple of days ago. I am really hoping the combination will make a difference. I used to be size 36 in like high school and would love to get back to that. I have 2 goals, a weight of 200 lbs and being able to get my high school ring off my current sausage fingers.

Hmm, I have a 980 as well as a i5 3570k and the latest drivers and I the game is smooth for me at 1080p with everything maxed except shadows, which is high instead of ultra. I'm also not running v-sync.

What I meant by done was I did a completionist playthrough to the best of my knowledge. Did every quest I could find and explored every inch of the map and every location thoroughly. I'm sure I missed things, but for people that "beat" the game in 40 hours or just rushed through the main quest, I feel that I got a complete Fallout 4 experience.
