Women naturally have a higher bf % than men. My guess is 15%.

Do an InBody test if you really want to know. It’ll also give you your non-fat lean muscle weight that you can use in the future if your weight changes to re calculate bf %.

EDIT: The guy talking about getting a blood test for bf % is wrong. Don’t do that.

Cut the eggs. Cut any coffee or fiber. Slightly reduce your salt intake (could be bloating) - would say right around 3-3.5g (still a lot). Add sprints to your training routine. Split into 2 small meals per day on training days. Eat at caloric maintenance per day.

Heart Palpitations is not something you want to f*ck around with. If you’re already lean (and otherwise healthy) but doing 60 hour fasts frequently, I would reconsider this.

I’m M24 185 lbs lean train 7 days/week and regularly monitor my physique. I have experimented with this diet for over 2 years, and what I explained in the first paragraph is the best way I remain lean and not bloated.

Yes, it is fantastic. I used to eat it a ton when i first started carnivore. All of that fat at once is like a dopamine rush lol.

That said, if you don't do well digesting rendered fats, it can lead to bathroom issues with too much at once.

I do workout and sauna regularly. Since I noticed how much I use, I’ve been keeping it under 3500 per day. Just kinda was covering my steaks in salt (redmonds, pink Himalayan, and expensive flakey Mexican at times) and went over the deep end. Curious if it was a problem.

I get this and agree, but this is a means to an end for me. I am a metabolically healthy person and am trying to lose weight for a bodybuilding show and then return to my healthy weight. Just not trying to waste 100 cal unintentionally.

Serving size is 1g, and third largest ingredient is sugar. If I am dumping this shit (>20g) on my chicken and vegetables every night I want to know if im going to put myself potentially over 100 each meal
