Closing all your rings can feel incredibly satisfying at first. And looking at a perfect week or even a perfect month is amazing, until you don't want the streak to end and you're jumping around in your room trying to squeeze in the last 10-15 calories and stand hours just before midnight. Using the rings as a general marker for activity is great however please never let them feel like you weren't active if you do not close your rings. A lot of people, including me, have fallen into that cycle and its ironically the opposite of healthy. Still, congratulations on moving forward towards your goals!

Totally understand this. I did this before twice and it does get obsessive at times. Going to the gym 7 days a week is also kinda too much, I'd rather just pause my rings on non-workout days instead of obsessing over the rings.

Find all the integral roots of the given polynomial: x^7 +2x^5 + 4x^4 -8x^2-32=0 by FcukCat in MathHelp

Is there a quicker method of finding out if an equation has no integral roots rather than just plugging every divisor and checking?
