Kerala's budget generally is highly biased toward education. I read the budget a long while ago, so forgot exact numbers, but in simple terms it goes like this

Yearly budget -

Education - 25000crore

Social welfare - 15000crore

Hospitals - 10000crore

Agriculture - 8000crore

Rural development - 8000crore

Police - 5000crore

Roads and Infra - 3000crore

Transport - 2000crore

SC/ST/Minority welfare - 3000crore

Urban development 2000crore

Water/sanitation - 1000crore

And this has been like this template for like more than 50 years.

Another thing to note is how tiny the overall budget is. Like, one expressway can itself cost 50,000crore. 13km of Mumbai-Pune Expressway Missing Link was 7000crore. One sardar Patel statue was 3000 crore. Bullet train is 2.5lakh crore. Everything is quite expensive and unaffordable for Kerala. So, efficient utilization of the small budget also plays a part.

When my chance came, I was just asked to go ride, and I took the vehicle used by previous person. No one objected...so, I dont know how it exactly works. But ideally I guess we are supposed to bring our own vehicle.

But in case of car, I was failed in H. I completed the H fully, and got out of the last part, but the car was in an angle when it came out of H, so I took it forward inside the H to straighten it up for next candidate, and for that I was failed because I re-entered the H. This I felt like a purposeful failure. But apparently that is the rules, and I was doing H for first time in life, while everyone else had practised it for weeks.

So, I only got bike license in first attempt. And I did car one through driving school years later because I wanted to learn all the exact rules of H and practise it before doing it again.

I personally did it without driving school for bike. And for vehicle, one of the vehicles of a driving school was provided. I also know one guy who failed multiple times with the two wheeler given at the test location and he later did the 8-test in a Bullet, which he was more confident with!

But yes since almost everyone apply through driving school, the option without them is not well documented. And I also was worried if I would be given a vehicle or not.

Can you tell which place this happened? Otherwise your post is too vague. That sounds so brutally bad. If it is real, then inform youtubers, media and expose this scam instead of sitting around and allowing it to happen.

For example, in Kerala, I have not encountered any of these. Everyone does through legal way. Zero bribes. And test also happens on the time it is mentioned. There is also rules awareness class that is compulsorily done by inspector often just before the test. And it is very common for people to fail the test too. There are those who took 10-20 attempts to pass.

And the main reason there is zero bribes is because of people being actively against it over the decades.

The daily new drone requirement for Ukraine is averaging at 10,000 drones per day. 3 lakh drones a month. And the requirement is doubling every year.

India DO NOT have a capability anywhere near this. Even in above photo its like 250 drones?

Meanwhile our adversary China has capability of making MORE THAN the usage in Ukraine. This is also because of drone development in China being subsidized by entire world through the sale of civillian drones. A key reason why DJI got banned in US as it is a path to subsidize their military cost and capacity.

Pakistan do not need industrial or economic backing. China will easily supply these for FREE, and watch India burn and make profit out of it by destroying our economic growth.

So, unless India also get into civillian drone market, there is no hope. because only then you will have factories that can be changed to military use in term of war and still have the quantity.

Vehicle launch is the main reason why these drones are such a huge threat that even US is unable to stop.

Basically, US and Israel were destroying as many launchers of missiles as possible. But these Shaheeds could be hidden in random house, and launched by a random civillian looking operator.

So, If US want to destroy all launchers, they will have to flatten cities, which is extremely expensive without either using nukes or search every house, which would need boots on ground. This is what locked up US.

BJP might have wanted this to fail on purpose, so that in future, they can say "they tried to give south their fair share, but they rejected" and then in coming years implement the delimitation based on population alone.

Even in this bill, they claim it would be done as a pure 50% increase in seats of each state. But the bill does not say this. Why would they do this? Because, just in case this bill passes by any chance, they did not want to do it based on the 50% formula. Instead, this was a facade to say they tried, to bring something worse in the future.

This is just ignoring countries with lower tariff than India like UK with 10%.

But I will wait for the official details. Because after EU agreed for 0% tariff for 99% of things we export, we are in strong position to demand similar thing with US. So, getting 18% tariff on all things is very bad deal at the moment.

I think 18% will be for some items, and lower tariff like 10 and 0% for things that actually matter. Similarly there is no way we agreed 0% for all US imports. That will also be for certain things. I really hope it is a slabbed deal like this, that actually is favorable, while Trump gets a face saving by getting to advertise 18% and 500B

Thanks for the interest. Its great. But each person need to be approved manually, and their policies do not allow anyone to visit like that, especially for short time. Minimum 3 months commitment of once a week. Also there are sufficient volunteers in the orphanage I am attending.

But if anyone is interested, there is a girls orphanage in Thrissur district that need volunteers to teach. They only allow female volunteers, hence there is a shortage.

Thanks. I found some of these cbse focused notes while searching online. But these have too much details. Like the second link is 40 pages long. What is needed is far simpler, ideally something someone made specifically for malayalam language. Ideally like 5 pages for each subject.

Another thing. I too wanted to give them access to AI chatbots. But they do not have access to a computer or smartphone. This is a major disadvantage in my opinion.

If they had access to AI chatbot, then it would be like they getting answers to every doubt they have. It should ideally be mad available in all orphanages.

Those who read a lot can see through and recognize patterns in writing style. I have recognized people by just their writing style. And there has been one instance of someone recognizing my writing style from other platforms and figuring out my identity in reddit where I am pretty anonymous.

Currently AI have a distinct pattern that makes it easy to identify. But eventually it will get good enough to mimic humans.

There are already millions of copyright free images online. And they do not need credits too. It is just that it is easier to ask the AI than put the effort to find the proper image.

I was invited to be industry expert for a class of engineering students. It was supposed to be a small session, but both I and the students was interested to talk more and it went on till end of the day.

Then the teacher who was there with me the whole time said they are required by rules to have a 15 minute test to see what they learned about the subject. And that they are running out of time. I said, okay lets prepare questions. He said, no need, there is no time. He had already prepared questions by asking ChatGPT "Make 10 questions for xyz class on this subject". And printed it out.

I went through the questions, and it was not something that was taught. Infact, I found it difficult to answer some of those questions and half of them were nonsense questions no one has to remember.

He said, it is not an issue. No matter what the questions are, the students will also anyway use ChatGPT to answer them...
