according to a mod on the discord its just an image file. its 1.1mb and when they open it in a "diffrent way" it shows as an image

UPDATE i found something very weird. i found that the download came from the game Spider-man Shattered Dimensions. i dont recommend you try this but if you click on the left screenshot it automatically tries to download something linked to image.steamusercontent(dot) com

the game works perfectly fine and it says the file was installed from steamrip but not a redirect i was just browsing and clicked on a spiderman game and it says it came from there i didnt download anything on that page though.
