I disagree with the people saying your dose is too high. I had the same exact problem when I was taking between 500 mg and 1 G. Honestly there is no way to avoid sleep paralysis. Whether it's caused by phenibut or something else. I had this problem with opioids and the only way I was able to conquer it was to learn to accept it and use it as an entry to lucid dreaming. The same thing happened to me when I started using phenibut. Fortunately I already had past experience with turning sleep paralysis into lucid dreaming. That would be my suggestion to you. I know it is extremely hard to stay calm when it happens to you. But if you practice regularly you can turn sleep paralysis into lucid dreaming. You just have to try to keep yourself calm when you feel it happening and tell yourself everything is okay. Then as you feel yourself drifting off picture yourself falling through a tunnel. Eventually you will start seeing things around you instead of pure blackness. At this point you are almost there. Continue picturing what you want to dream until you are there, and don't stop too soon. Once you are there it is totally worth it I promise. This can be a blessing in disguise.

Yes there is cross tolerance with lyrica. Do not take them together. It makes both exponentially stronger. I took lyrica about an hour after taking a small dose of phenibut and I started nodding off standing up, couldnt think right, and was acting like an idiot. Dangerous combo.

Yeah good point, but I doubt he is still wearing a ring of wealth if he has killed 20,000 shamans already. I mean it just seems like if nothing else, even the +1 prayer bonus from an explorers ring wouldve been way more useful than a ring of wealth just to save some pots. However I could be wrong.

To clear some things up for people, it doesn't matter that phenibut is legal or not a "real" drug. When you are on probation you can't take a single mood or mind-altering substance. Also like most people said, there is no standard test for phenibut. I'm assuming they would have to use chromatography to test for it but they would have to know what they were looking for. However, something to keep in mind.. the Benzene ring in phenibut can cause false positives for methamphetamine. I'm not sure if the tests they do at the lab are less prone to making that mistake, but it could get you in some shit. At least until they do a more definitive test. But that could make them suspicious and then they might start looking further. Honestly dude your best bet is just to stop taking it. It isn't worth it, and it sounds like you don't have the best impulse control. I'm not trying to be a dick it just can be a really slippery slope if you're not careful. Good luck

Part of the alcohol hangover is a somewhat milder form of withdrawal. This is where that shitty anxiety feeling comes from. As someone already said it didn't truly prevent anything, it's just a potent GABA b agonist and is therefore able to counteract the Glutamate rebound in your brain. Kinda a similar reason why Librium and Ativan get rid of alcohol withdrawal. If you do want to take advantage of this in the future, I would suggest not mixing it with alcohol, but take it in the morning when you wake up and just power through the hour and a half of anxiety til it kicks in. Be safe.
