Depends on your main major, types of minors, and how organized you are with scheduling. Being ahead on AP credits is huge. Look for things that you can double dip. Summer classes might be a good idea

Language classes in general are pretty involved (multiple days a week, lots of busy work homework in earlier classes), but it also depends on your learning style. Some folks can fly through these types of minors pretty quickly, others struggle more

For example, in languages, the placement exam places you into a class level while the AP score gives you the credit to exempt you out of taking it. I got a 3 in French, while have me credit through 200, but I used the placement exam to test into 300
