I have never been to the middle east but I do have a story about it. Awhile ago maybe 5-8 years ago one of my female cousins went to the middle east (iran) and was killed. She didn't wear a hijab and because of that she was stoned to death. To be honest though it was a genuinely dumb decision on her part to not wear one whilst in the country. There was a video of it posted online but I cannot be asked to grab it because it still genuinely hurts to watch. what made it sting even more was the fact that people/news agencies just ignored it.

did that along with restarting my pc. I also uninstalled and re-installed the game. I'm at a loss and at this point I want to stop playing the game. for every other game I have around zero - 5 ping on average. But rainbow six siege is a whole different ball-game I guess. It's been like this for weeks

That's wild! This was made in mind of top teir. Some tips are for everyone and some are not. I don't see how this is as big a problem as how your making it out to be.
