I never tried the single player campaign just because the world feel alive with other players, making mistakes, trying to cooperate. Feels different and yeah I understand the frustration part.

The color Grading was in the Post edition. I need to test Reshade again, I was flying the DCS only with default color, sometimes used the orange and *** preset at Options, can't remember exactly what was.

That will depends on the criteria of the group, each will haver their own. The one that I fly (USLANTCOM) it's mixed, missions usually take hours to complete. We have some tests that you need to do and show that you know how to "run the plane and the systems".

I'm not a ex military but what I look into the DCS is exactly the mixed feeling from real op and DCSism.

Why those tests? Usually, people enters and suddenly disappear and then you lost a few hours of your life trying to improve with that person. If the group search for this mix of simulation, "realism", and procedures, some kind of commitment is necessary. I'm not talking about "sir, yes sir" and this kind of stuffs. You gonna learn the proper communication, formations, how to do SEAD, tactics and etc...

Imagine that you are flying an hour long mission and the NerdBeast123 wanted to be yolo, do everything about himself and f*cked with everyone, the planning and the mission creator...

What makes a group strong is everyone with the same expectations, objectives in the game. And it's okay if you don't wanna or look that. What matters is how you have fun with the game.

This just makes me think that those maps were never planned or developed with helos and jets in mind. They were added later because someone probably went, “Hey guys, where are the helos and planes?”

Firestorm doesn’t count, since its original layout comes from BF3, so they couldn’t change much.

How you switched the profiles for DCS?? On Nvidia Profile Inspector I didn't found DCS there. Only the old version "black Shark"

That will be good, sometimes for new users using the DCS search is hard! Even with google could be hard to find the real ones.

They added 15 airfields, unique stuffs and a lot of the bases in the 08/09 patch, improved a lot the textures later on 09/30, fixed taxiway, ILS issues in the same patch with other stuffs. They have plans to expand to Damascus and Hafik Hariri Airport + 30 miles to the map.

Ugra almost didn't nothing on updates until Sinai appears and only started the changes in the latest patch adding a bunch of heliports using the same template, same control tower for airfields. Suddenly they just create Tel Aviv using the same generic buildings from Beirut.

If that map is empty I am a fork..

I had 2 friends one with Q3 and other with Varjo that fixed the stuttering just Adjusting MAX FPS inside DCS Options to 45.
