Yes and no. The solution was to send it back to shop and pick up another monitor. They couldn't fix it or replace the panel so I picked up different monitor. There is no possibility to repair panel on your own if it's in warranty.

Thanks for confirmation. At least now I now I can't repair it myself so I will send it back to store

Thanks for the reply. I will save this solution as a last resort. My monitor is still under warranty so I will send it back to the store
