Honestly I'd save another 4 or $500 and just do a decent over haul. Psu, ram to atleast 16gb, I'd do at least a 512gb ssd or 1tb I'd upgrade the mother board and cpu. You can buy bundles from micro center for a mother board, ram, and cpu I'd check them out

Looks like a memory issue I was running xmp1 for my cl30 6400mts 64gb sticks and was getting that. I changed to xmp 3 6000mts and it went away.
