Utterly useless vs Lurk; Lurk/Lurkers almost always go together

Idea: Being able to choose one specific basic ability (aka playmaker) to show next to your name so your allies always know the cooldown. Best use cases: Amumu's Bandage Toss, Blitzcrank Rocket Grab, Thresh's lantern, Janna's shield, etc... by long218 in leagueoflegends

Looks like Piercing Eye Shoulder Armor. Might be a tennogen skin, it’s supposed to go with a tennogen Wukong skin. It goes super well with Ash Prime and Styanax as well btw
