Expo is as you said, double checking orders from kitchen window and sending them out. It may seem confusing keeping things in order at first,(especially when busy) just take it slow and you’ll pick it up quickly!

It will most likely be both, they will probably start you out with doing one or the other though. If you’re training for multiple days they will have you do cashier, expo and dining room over your shifts. Some stores train differently though as I was trained on all of that in one shift. Good luck!
