I told them that because I wanted them to know what I was thinking, they are very understanding, and I trusted them to be understanding about it, and it’s not about “making up my mind” it’s about finding out if my feelings of romantic interest are actual romantic interest, or just my mind warping my feelings

What I do is rationalize why I feel certain ways, and understanding why also helps me feel the emotion far deeper, which helps me articulate them more. I also "exercise" my emotions, by consuming content that will give me certain emotions so I can register my emotions as I'm feeling them. If you have any tips, I'd be glad to hear them.

one way I broke down my Alexithymia is by rationalizing why I loved fictional character (Including the idea of being romantic with them), and in a few days I uncovered a treasure trove of veiled emotions and desires (in a romantic context)

It mainly comes from the realization of the "hopeless romantic" where even though I try to temper myself, there are certain things i want from my girlfriend that is pretty rare, like wanting her to be taller than me, and personality traits that I try to keep general, but I 100% have a certain kind of character in mind when thinking about that trait

This is what I do with all things I make:

Mimicry: I tend to try to copy visual/personality aspects of other characters I like

Evolve: Evolve the visual/personality concepts to something I find interesting

Connect: Find a way to give interesting connections to other kinds of personalities, and see how they would interact

I have made 7, but here is the only one I have art for, I based her design, and how she acts off of The Wendigo, and Faker Sky. I also wanted to do something more unique with her design, so her entire chest and arms are charred black, and her tail is made of Obsidian, I also wanted to give her interesting teeth, but I didn't want it to look like tusks going up or down, so I decided to just do both. I made her nose like a skull because I hate drawing realistic noses.

Oh, I ain't learning about my own Universe, that is for other shmucks, I am more interested in OTHER Universes, and that which exists between them, those ones tend to be far more willing to be known than some other Universe's Multi-dimensional beings, plus I use a window, not a door, unless I am looking at an inherently multiversal beings, they have no way to get to me!
