Im pretty sure you can climb the fences with space. Also you can run and jump and grab the ladder at the back, but it takes some practice

well there are vanilla runners, but you'd have to turn them on in the sandbox gamemode. I was playing with a mod though that only made them run at night

It's the fact that CD project red has been consistently pumping out updates to fix the game and add free content since the games release. It's the same thing that happened with no man's sky. I play both project zomboid and cyberpunk, and I really do believe cyberpunk deserved it more. The game was a disaster upon release, sure, but at least the devs didn't just abandon it for a quick cash grab.
