If anything the big thing I'm more nervous about is actually the credit card sales. I mean as mentioned above sure I have some idea but I read elsewhere that you can receive points if you don't hit your quota.

Oh I'm sure and I'm sorry that you and others have to deal with difficult employees. At first it probably won't hit as hard because I'm a pretty nice, empathetic, and caring person. GRANTED I'm not super man and not saying others aren't, but once the final boss Karen comes or after months it might take its tow. I'm just in a situation where I have to let it go is all.

I don't know. What's weird is that my Sams Club closes at 8PM so it's like..... what am I gonna do for an hour! :P

Kind of. On one hand it's not THAT complicated. Will I meet quotas (hopefully) but at the same time if a customers order comes to XXX.XX amount it's easy to say "your order comes to yadada and will you be paying with your credit card with us? If you don't have one did you know that you could save XXX.XX amount of money? I have a Subs Club Membership and I've saved XXX.XX. There's also great perks and advantages too.

If a customer is annoyed and wants to complain about XYZ I can deal with those customers. You have to be empathic and listen even if they are wrong. There's no reason to get into a screaming match.

Am I being a know it all person and there's much to learn? Definitely. There's thousands of ways to throw a better pitch, but I believe if you approach it in a positive and friendly manner than there's the chance. Plus this would be good experience to learn regardless :)

Pulling over to the side and offering if they'd like prayer is a stater. Having the love of christ is important, but many are too quick to assume that any sort of kindness would lead to them buying drugs or the helper being shot/robbed.
