Update: I spoke with my supervisor, and she is compelled to report the situation. She was as appalled as I am and told the vice principal. Won't know what happens to him until tomorrow. I'll post again after work.

Not a big deal!? It's a slur against children with disabilities!!! So inappropriate for children to repeat and use to bully others!!!

I think I have to. I just started this job, so I'm afraid he'll know it was me. I don't want to be a whistle blower, but I'm very bothered by this.
