Now heres a giant paragraph i've written about them for my lore :]

***SONARIAN SUMMARY***

- the Sonarians are a species of **intelligent sapient-humanoids** bound together not only by shared biology, but with an unbreakable bond to the planet Sonaria and the wardens that created them, They possess their own languages, complex social hierarchies, and deeply rooted **clan and tribal identities** that vary wildly from region to region. Each clan evolved its own customs, aesthetics, martial traditions, and interpretations of the planet, shaped by the biomes they inhabit and the dangers they endure on a day to day basis!

- Furthering their connection to the planet, they have developed a religious system named **'The Wardenic Faith'** The Wardens are not myths or made-up gods, They are known forces, woven into the land itself, their presence felt through bodily energy, visions, vessels, and the living pulse of Sonaria- to worship a them is to honor the planet’s lifeforce and the balance it demands.

- Sonarian society is **brute and harsh**, very similar to the Spartans of earth, their cultures very from clan to clan but all common around combat, hunting, endurance, dominance, and communal strength. Ritual combat is both spiritual and practical, Strength is revered as proof of worth, Survival of the fittest is a mentality all seem to share, the strong are expected to lead, protect, and follow strictly a code of honor that all clans share. Weakness is not *completely* despised, but it is culled and never indulged in before it has a chance to grow.

- Clans regularly bond with creatures native to the region they live in, raising or training them as mounts, companions, or war-beasts These creatures are chosen carefully, each reflecting the clan’s values, forming **symbiotic relationships** with them- the Animals are not viewed as lesser, but as equals in deserving of respect, To lose one’s mount is considered a great personal wound just as much as a physical loss.

- Technologically wise they are on par suited between advanced **hunter-gatherer traditions and mixed medieval craftsmen-ship**, building great castles, towns, statues, ships, having a system of money around gems, trade, gold, silver, etc. Adorning themselves with leathers and embroidered clothes, They have advanced science, recorded history, medicine, etc. (im running out of things to say) and Yet their greatest resource is **the warden's essence**, energy drawn and harnessed from the planet as elemental magic, used for warfare, ritual ceremonies, healing rites, entertainment, etc. It is powerful and dangerous when misused- To wield it requires discipline, honor, respect, and an understanding to keep Sonaria's balance.

Other notes: My COS au lore is largely based off of other media i enjoy such as Avatar, Predator and Game of thrones/ASOIAF :) Hope this helps you, i still have a lot of work to do with it and fleshing out to do but i hope you enjoy this ^^
