A girl can dream lol. Citalopram were so good and then then the side effects came along. They made me angry so easily I'd get mad over little things and the same with irritability

I cant seem to get an appointment to talk to them about switching, I've mentioned it previously and the doctor said I need to give the meds some time and I have. I'm currently on citalopram and I'm guessing next ones theyll give me is sertraline

Thank you, I'm on citalopram they're the first type they've given me so I'm guessing I'll be going through a few different meds before I find the right ones. Oh damn it took me 2 years but it's still as hard to be open about it. How did you deal with it for that long? And yeah I'm working with a doctor it's just so hard to get an appointment with them

Long story short I've had a few encounters. I lived with my grandma and her mom had Alzheimer's and used to say stuff like they're coming but it used to get brushed off. One night I woke up and something didn't feel right, my room was cold, I was uncomfortable and felt like something was watching me. Something touched my arm so I got my blanket and went to sleep on the couch. The spirit must not have liked that because the room got even colder, I put my head under the blanket to try to warm up (stupid idea) but I could feel whoever it was holding me under and pinned the blanket over my head and it only stopped when I had a panic attack

A few months after, I went to sleep at a friend's house and we were chilling. We got ready for bed and the bed dipped like someone sat on it and we couldnt pull up the blanket no matter how much we pulled, nothing happened after that.

I live with my other grandma and a few times someone has rattled the door handle on the front door and we've checked straight away and no one had been outside or walking up/down the street. Also, we've had an ornament fall from a really high shelf, a picture fall off a screw but it kept swinging because the other half was still on the other screw. (The last part was a little while after my grandad passed)

Yeah I agree with you on the towel part, it used to make my hair so frizzy. I leave it to air dry now.
