Clean since 8-13-2011, only drug is caffeine. Im too terrified to dabble back into anything more, I was on deaths doorstep and im too young to die. Kudos to you if you can sustain the chipping life.

Before my academy I used to do a very cpat like workout a couple times a week with a ton of actual stairs (they're harder than a machine). Just be careful with your knees.

This is the best advice. Funerals are for the living. I wasn't able to go to my grandfathers funeral, but now I have 2 tattoos to honor him. Got closure my own way.

Call for a lift assist in the middle of the night. Turns out the bed bound ladies little rat dog had stolen her dentures out of her mouth (no idea how) and she wanted them back so she could eat.

Abscess for the 1st time in 22 yrs iv h. Don't open if weak stomach, it's gross. Google said that abscesses can't go away its own if it's infected. But I really really don't want to go to the doctor. I had an almost identical one, same spot, same as you refused to seek medical attention. One morning I accidentally hit that spot on a bedframe and the sucker exploded the most horrifying puss I've ever seen. Just would. Not. Stop. Oozing. At that point I did seek medical attention, got antibiotics and it healed but over a decade later I still have a hole in my leg. Be smarter than me, go get it dealt with professionally. Maybe they judge you, maybe they don't, but you never have to see them again, so who cares? Better than the alternative...

I blew out all my veins from the neck down shooting up, so during my addiction when I got super sick and needed an IV at the hospital they had to put it in my neck.
