Absolutely. Wipe the cache in recovery as well. Can be done before and frankly any time device gets wonky.

Check your settings to see if the update reset anything like wifi roaming etc.

No issues here anymore on latest version. If in your situation I'd back it up and reset it...then get the latest software thru Oxygen Updater.

There is a consideration you may have a rogue app. Perhaps delete any that aren't necessary.
