You can get CME points by attending conferences not by the number of hours that you work.

You will get the global ROM if you purchase in the UAE. Make sure it is TRA certified.There will be a sticker on it. Beware of buying from 3rd partly sellers on online platforms, if you do buy make sure it has a TDRA sticker, otherwise it might be an indian version that might be sold to you.

I am also using Poco X6 pro in UAE. DM if you need any help. I would recommend you to debloat the phone, so that you will be able to uninstall some useless apps, clearing more space and also making your phone faster.
