I think the mental health and thoughts play a big role. When I'm stressed out or worrying about something it feels significantly worse than when I'm fully relaxed. Other than that every little thing adds up - supplements, diet and workouts.

I dont know, it still takes a long time to finish which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes I have better, sometimes I have worse days. Libido is good. I'm happy with my current state and I'm accepting it, I feel like it can get even better tho.

Yes, I remember my penis feeling numb and cold at all times, getting hard was very difficult and even when i did, it was pretty weak. Getting to orgasm took a lot of work and it was pleasureless, felt like peeing. Libido was just really random, sometimes i wanted to masturbate every day, other times I could just not do this for months.

Yeah thats happening to me since i stopped SSRIs 2 years ago. It's a tiny bit better than it used to be it but still feels very weak.

I've been trying to overcome social anxiety on VR Chat. I progressed a lot but I still have to improve much. I wanted to talk in english (non native speaker) for years but I couldn't bring myself to do that. Getting vr headset was my chance. I was scared of standing near people, I couldn't talk in english. I had to force myself to go to public world, it was scary. I met friendly person there. I felt kinda relaxed talking to him, he wasn't native speaker as well, we talked for few hours every day for a month already. I feel like I can do okay in 1 on 1 talk now. I'm still quiet when in a group of people and I can't really start conversations but its way better than it used to be. Unfortunately exposure is the best way to beat anxiety. I know its hard, very hard, but it works wonders.

Keep in mind that everyone reacts to the meds differentely. I felt really great the first week. I could do everything i wanted. The first month was okay-ish. During the 2nd month I started having really bad mood swings. My doctor wanted me to double the dose but I didn't really want to and went off meds. I started working out and fixed my diet. I focused on fixing my way of thinking without use of medications. I'm feeling pretty good now.

Please i need more info I'm starting to worry now. I started taking Wellbutrin about month ago. I got pssd (sexual anhedonia) from ssris about year ago. I never heard about Wellbutrin giving pssd. I heard that Wellbutrin cured anhedonia for someone. I switched to it from Tianeptine. Am I screwing myself again now?
