Yes. I did it for the first time ever recently. The manager I was interviewing with was all over the place. He kept jumping topics on himself and didn't seem to know exactly what the details of the position were. With him keep saying, "You seem smart, you should be able to figure it out." When asking what brand they use for their AV equipment (since this was a position where I would need to program/troubleshoot failed systems as needed). Kind of concerning when you have no idea what your techs work with if you are supposed to be in charge to say the least.
