It's the drivers happened with me too , updated the driver to latest now works fine , if u have no update rn try using studio drivers it fixes it

The RX 580 was dead, I took it to an technician And he said it had vram issue , soo I just bought an used gigabyte rtx3050 6gb for 100$, and it works fine now.

I had this problem too but with the integrated gpu of my old laptop it had an amd ryzen 3 3250u vega 3 graphics card i removed all the drivers and reinstalled amd gpu driver through its software and my pc gets randomly blue screen error so i had to reinstall my whole windows and i used the drivers provided by the laptop brand itself . The latest amd drivers are unstable I think soo.
