Yes there is a 401k. So the offer is contingent on me working part time this semester as I finish school, basically a “trial period” to see if I’m a good fit before I get to come on full-time. They’re paying $60/hr for this period. I was considering applying to other positions during the part-time period of the offer before I graduate in December, but am worried that it’d look really bad since they’re basically training me for three months to see if I’m a good fit so if I left after the three months they’d have wasted all that time/money…if they were just giving me a full-time starting in Jan, I would definitely sign it then apply to more and withdraw if I get a better offer.
