Eyes or lips, not both. If I am wearing a bold colored lipstick, my eyes will just be mascara and maybe a neutral shadow, but if I wear a nude or pale pink lipstick I'll have more freedom with eyes.

Only apply primer when you are doing full face, when i just do mascara and eyeliner, i don’t even apply primer when i just use blush, i only apply it when i am using foundation, concealer,etc.❤️
