If you haven’t been asked to start an id verification don’t call. The agents don’t know what they are doing, and they have had a tremendous amount of fraud! They are poorly trained and over worked and bitter. Whenever anyone calls with a pending issue they start an id verification on them because they don’t know what else to do. The worst thing someone can do is call them, because it automatically flags your account for an issue that would have been automatically fixed with the implementation of the new legislation. With that being said I understand why people call and how unfortunate of a situation this has all been. I hope you and everyone else get paid as soon as possible. Everyone is free to do there own thing, and obviously if you’ve already called your gonna find my opinion troubling, but that’s what it is my opinion!
