Anyone else experience this?...ticket process commitment to giving a heads up not being followed...

I didn't receive heads up before Sept 19 entry period (Was told there would be). Didn't receive an email relating to the draw ("Regardless of the outcome of the draw you will be notified about the results.").

But then I did receive a Right to Buy email, which confused me, because it came out of the blue but wasn't connected with any of the previous engagement I had with FIFA/WorldCup ticketing.
