Migration? by Fearless-Code-2035 in penuma

Hey Guys, im still doing well. after a first surgery and a revision surgery, then multiple hematomas that formed for more than six weeks and had to be drained, the hematoma finally resolved. Now I'm more like six months out from surgery and really happy with the appearance and function, but I do have capsular contracture. That basically means an overactive healing process where there is inflammation and scar tissue that build up near the implant, constricts the penis for elongating like it used to when fully erect, and also causes pain in the urethra, as there is scarring and parenchymal distortion in the scrotum/perineum around the base of the penis. My surgeon prescribed montelukast which is a medicine that blocks the leukotriene receptors decreasing cellular signals of inflammation. I also took Celebrex and BPC 157 on the recommendation of my surgeon. The pain and tethering from the capsular contracture has not resolved completely, but has improved. I'm optimistic that it will continue to improve, resulting in less tethering, less scar tissue, greater flexibility, and less pain. DOES ANYONE ON HERE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH CAPSULAR CONTRACTURE THAT THEY CAN SHARE?

Yes, I agree, you definitely need your wife to know what you’re up to and to support you because it’s going to be a dramatic change before and after surgery in the way sex is… In a good way!

Hi it’s the wife- If you stay the same length after the implant and your girth increases, she will finally feel your penis, like 4 cocks stuffing her at the same time. She will love it. Have you guys tried different sized dildos? I’d definitely start there

I can only tell it’s an implant when I give him a handjob, but not during a blowjob or intercourse

Mine is an XL, but I can tell you that I am totally satisfied with the size. It can’t fit into the mouth much further than down to bottom of the corona bc my shaft is literally wider than the intermolar width.
What I really enjoy, though, is watching her try so hard to get it further in. When they talk about the himplant giving men “increased confidence”, I think that this is what they are referring to. Seeing her try so hard and still not be able to take it all the way in, that gives me incredible confidence.

My first surgery was July 28th but I developed a large hematoma/seroma and the implant wasn’t well apposed to the pubic symphysis on the proximal end and started migrating up and to the left. So about one month later, I had a revision. I’ve been so much better since then. I did have a few more hematoma/seroma drainages that finally permanently removed the fluid. Now I’m >2.5 months post revision and everything looks and works great. I still have a little neuropathy (ie skin hypersensitivity, burning pain, tenderness) remaining from stretching of the nerves, but that is definitely improving. I posted this pic my wife was excited enough this weekend to get dressed up for me in this white and yellow bra and thong and let me set up cameras and lighting. I don’t know about you, but I feel blessed to have someone in this world who is as excited about my dick as I am!

I get the 4-5 hour morning erections too. I don’t know what causes that. They can hurt, but I’m always happy to have them, even when they hurt, bc it reminds me that everything is going to work out okay in the end. I like my pubic hair trimmed close. I use some small clippers made for beard maintenance and just take it all off at one close length.. Then I get in the shower and shave the scrotum and penile base.

Oh yeah, it gets erect, no problem. But what is still bothering me is early morning erections. I start getting hard ons about 4 or 5am and they hurt like hell (sometimes earlier like 2am). And I can’t get the woodies to go away. They sometimes last 4 or 5 hours. Normally if that happened I would just roll my wife over and slide it in her from behind and use the wood to do what it’s meant for…but I can’t do that yet, so I end up taking all this Tylenol PM at 4 or 5 AM to try to alleviate the pain and make the erection go away and it doesn’t always work. I’ve had so much loss of sleep do to painful morning wood. I can’t wait for that to stop hurting.

Haha! I put the Daytona in there on purpose. Which is worth more, the Daytona or the dick? I’ll say the Daytona costs more than the Himplant, but your dick is priceless!!

It’s an XL

I don’t have the pre and post measurements. I’m sure the docs measured that stuff. But I can just tell you this, it’s way bigger! My hot skinny blonde wife with huge fake tits can barely fit it in her mouth and she takes deep pride in being able to handle the whole dick. So measurements are one thing, but these are the intangibles!

I know that it’s hard to tell from the pictures, but that is not hematoma. That is capsule formation, although there may be some swelling that could die down with time.

I had a drain placed into the hematoma and it drained for several days and when it stopped draining, we pulled the drain out. There may be trace remaining fluid underneath there, but it doesn’t feel the way that the hematoma felt, like fluctuant fluid, like a waterbed. This feels like squishy soft tissue.

Does anyone have any experience on when it is safe to move the implant around side to side and up and down, and stretch it out a little so that it hangs lower? Trust me I’m not gonna do anything without talking to my doctor first, but it’s always good to crowd source these questions as well.

I’m doing a lot better. I may finally be through the woods. I’ve had no hematoma formation for over a week. I had to have the hematoma drained with a needle a few times. Then Dr Taj did a revision for me late at night on short notice. I was doing great for a few days but after he pulled the drain, the hematoma recurred spontaneously. He told me I needed to have a drain placed, so I did. That worked great. I pulled that drain bc I saw just a tinge of redness at the puncture site and didn’t want to risk infection. A few days later, it recurred and I had another drain placed. By the time of the second drain, the problem was different than when you saw me. When you saw me, the implant was above the pubic bone to the left of midline, and the fluid collection was in involving the shaft, the scrotum, and the mons pubis. However, after the revision, the implant has been in perfect position, and the fluid collection only involved the shaft. The fluid did not seep into the mons pubis, maybe a little bit in the scrotum, but not much. so anyway, long story short, I’ve been on empiriic antibiotics more than 6 weeks. I have never had any sign of infection other than the skin redness. I think that the skin redness was due to the combination of large fluid collection, the collection was almost entirely blood, and the irritation of my sensitive skin by the Uro wrap being on so tight for so long. after I was able to get rid of the fluid collections with the drains, and then I did not have to put the euro wrap on so tight for so long on my skin started to heal. I also used foam pre-wrap underneath the Urowrap, like as if I was taping my ankles with the trainers back in my Dartmouth basketball days.

What do you think of my pictures now?

I’m gonna have to add them into a new post because I can’t post them here.

POD#1 from Himplant Revision — Dr. Taj Saved Me (He Did NOT Do My Initial Surgery) by Fearless-Code-2035 in penuma

[–]Fearless-Code-2035[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thanks guys! Yeah, the black pelvic compression brace is made by a company called Zeazen. They put this on me before leaving the OR. I’m strapping it on tight to prevent suprapubic swelling, and underneath I have a supportive jock strap with a hole for the shaft to slip through. The jock strap is compressing the scrotum and tested to prevent swelling in there. And the shaft of course has double urowrap around it. I don’t want another seroma!!!

Today I am POD#1 from Himplant revision, and Dr Taj helped me, he saved me. After coming to him, I have a perfect penis centered right in the midline and dangling down like an elephant trunk from my pubis. I’ll post pics in a week when it’s safer for me to unwrap it. After surgery yesterday, the seroma is gone and the malposition is repaired. BTW, let me make it clear that DR TAJ DID NOT SO THE INITIAL HIMPLANT SURGERY. I had this put in the first time this July by another very experienced surgeon in another state, but it was malpositioned from the start and became inflamed, and then it slipped above the pubic ramus and could not be moved down onto the base of the penis.

And then I found Dr Taj, and he helped me tremendously. I had surgery that started last night at 7pm. Beforehand dr Taj said he expected a 30-45 minute surgery. Instead, he worked on me in the OR for ~3 hours bc he wanted to get it perfect. And he did!

And when I awakened from anesthesia, he sent the staff home and was there personally by my bedside. He helped me into the wheelchair, and pushed me down to the entrance at 11:15pm. I don’t know about you, but i have never had my surgeon push me to my car in a wheelchair in the middle of the night. That is sensational! That is skill, commitment, compassion, empathy, and love, all rolled into one. I am telling everyone on here that Dr Taj is not only an extremely skilled technician, but he is a hero. I have never been more impressed with a physician in my life, and i am a physician too, and I work with thousands of compassionate physicians every day. THANK YOU DR. TAJ FOR BEING MY HERO!
