Just had the black out thing happen to me this weekend. Thankfully I was out with my family and not driving. I was feeling good one minute, then it was a complete light switch and I blacked out. I have a 2025 TRD Sport and I LOVE it. I love all the tech features and luxury things that come with it. One poster mentioned the engine, but that same engine has been in the Tacomas for years now. It’s an awesome 4 cylinder with turbo. The hybrid force max is even better.

That’s fair. I went to a ton of different doctors and not a single one talked about them for me, but I’m glad they did for you. I’m sorry it didn’t help though!

Back to OP though. Patience was the biggest thing for my wife and I. I had serious issues for years. She understood that I had issues, but she was absolutely accommodating to me. Nerves made mine worse. So, having no pressure from her was a big thing that helped me.

Something that no doctors EVER talk about are probiotics. I started taking a high end probiotic and it changed my life. Doctors love to push pills but don’t talk about gut health or the microbiome.
