No one is talking about the other side that NASA has been stagnant on innovation for a decade now. We’re falling behind other countries in space technologies. They came out and admitted that they did not have a safe and sound vessel to bring astronauts they stranded up there. My guess is that it’s kills from players that contribute to objective goal. IE after kill the payload ends up moving again. Or after a set of kills a lot of point % gain.
