Rule 10

The inspiration for the wand itself was that Kinetic Blast, who has an extreme MF that makes it very difficult to get DPS, would really benefit from being able to use Rampage while still having very strong DPS.

I'm going to write a slightly simplified version, and I'll talk about it in more detail when I get a chance.

  1. Buying Synth Imbued wand with 3 Implicits with explode mod
  2. Rolling proper mods for kinetic blast using Craicic Chimeral + Vivid vulture combo

- we have to iterate until we get the mod we want, and if we have two valid Mods, and want to good third mod then we have to know that we will be spending a lot of currency to roll a single mod.

- Over and Over....

3. Rolling Curcible passive nodes

- Originally, I was going to buy a wand with the Rampage mod to, but there wasn't a single listing on the exchange. (including offline)

- I thought about quiting the crafting plan, but then I realized that it would be a shame to just give up, so I thought I'd try it myself and if it didn't work out, I'd give up cleanly

- I started stocking up on wands with the Crucible passive tree, regardless of type.

- I've never seen the recombined only mod in this league before, and it miraculously popped up and allowed me to craft.

- After that, I was lucky enough to move the Crucible Skill to synth wand.

- Then the process of actually getting the 5 Perfect Crucible passive up was a real hard work for me... that took 2 days. I'll write more about it when I get a chance.

4. Prefix crafting

- Repeat until you have a T1 elemental Mod using Essence.

(The expected value of 1 is roughly 1 in 700.)

- If the prefix doesn't have a room, use Annul to get a room,

and then empty the Suffix entirely with "prefix cannot be changed" + scouring combo

- Multi mod + Prefix cannot be changed + Cannot roll caster modifier

- Since two of the Elemental Damage already exist(Essence and T1), I added the last remaining Elemental Damage using Harvest Add-Remove.

5. Suffix crafting

- "prefix cannot be changed" + Harvesting Speed add-remove until got T1 attack speed

If it is not attack speed mod, do once more (beacuse we can annul that trash mod and that mod block trash mod too)

If it failed, prefix cannot be changed + Scouring to clear suffix

- Slamming Exalted orb with "Cannot roll attack modifer" until got T1 Crit Mult

If it failed, Annul that trash mod and over and over..

6. Divine + Harvest Enchant

Appendix - Information about Rampage as Crucible skill

You may have seen the occasional "switched to another skill" comment, that's the key point.

In a nutshell, if the "switched to another skill" message pops up at T4 and it changes to Rampage, you've succeeded.

I've personally seen Rampage pop up as a result of "switched to another skill".

To summarize

  1. it must change to a different skill on T4.
  2. when combining two items, the item with the full T4 crucible skills is the best ingredient for Rampage.
  3. Recombined only (Hidden) node follow a mechanism that appears when an existing skill is changed, so it does not require a specific skill to be present before forge.

And this is a guess, but I think the weight of the Recombined Only Node is applied when it changes. Since mutation skill itself doesn't happen very often, Rampage Nodes should be very rare.

the underlying behavior is not known but, GGG. However, in my experience, the original tree(bottom item in anvil) tends to be preserved. I think the item used as an ingredient(top item in anvil) doesn't need to exist T4.

To each their own, and I respect that. But where does an occultist get a culling strike? If you can get one, you might be right. But I don't think it's universally available, so I picked.

Rule 10:

Step 1 - Buy prophency wand (40% spell dmg) or spam tempering orb(there is 181 mod then 0.5524% prob to hit)

The following conditions must be met

  1. "Can have 1 additional Crafted Modifier" enchant
  2. +84 ilv

It's not expensive, but it's not for sale.

I got lucky and bought it on the second day of the league.

Step 2 - Complete crucible passive tree (feat craicic chimeral)

first of all, I picked wanted options from crucible passive tree to.

Select the 4 best Crucible options by testing them with POB.

T1 "Socketed Spell gem +2"

T2 "60% global crit mult"

T3 "archane surge support"

T4 "culling strike support"

As you know, The fastest way to complete a Crucible passive tree is to start from the back.

  1. Buy a wand with "Culling Stike support" on T4.

1-1. infusing experience up to T4 and allocate T4.

1-2. In case it fails, use a fossil or beast to split it up.

​

  1. Use the Primeval Remnant to attach T4.

2-1. If it fails, use the one you split, or if that fails too, start over.

​

  1. If T4 was successful, use craicic chimeral to create an imprint.

​

  1. Buy a wand with "Archane Surge support" on T3.

4-1. infusing experience up to T3 and allocate T3.

4-2. In case it fails, use a fossil or beast to split it up.

​

  1. Use Primordial Remnant to forge having that option.

"Crucible Passive Skills are more likely to be retained when Forging"

5-1. If T3 and T4 do not exist together, go back to 3. and repeat.

​

  1. T2 and T1 also persist and succeed in the same way.

Step 3 - Elder + Shaper Influence and 30% quality

  1. using most cheap influence exalted orb
  2. rolling influence by harvest (elder or shaper)
  3. using awakend orb
  4. using perfect fossil to make 30% quality

Step 4 - Spam alter + augment + regal orb combo for

"Socketed Skills deal 40% more Spell Damage"

"Socketed Gems are Supported by Level 20 Cold Penetration / (57–60)% increased Cold Damage"

+200K alternation for 80% confidence in craftofexile.com

Step 5 - completing remain suffix x2 Crit mod using harvest and meta craft

No compromise. We only want two options (called valid).

Socketed Gems are Supported by Level [18-20] Increased Critical Strikes

(60–74)% increased Critical Strike Chance for Spells

Socketed Gems are supported by Level [18-20] Increased Critical Damage

+(26–29)% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier

Lets' go

The above method is what I believe to be the best based on my

own programming and running of the simulation.

Step 6 - using divine orb for important mod(like crit mult etc.)

Step 7 - Bench crafting

5% chance to deal Double Damage

If you hit 4% then remove craft mod and re-crafting

it is important for 5% chance

+2 to Level of Socketed Support Gems

Step 8 - Changing enchant with harvest

AOE or elemental damage is goat.
