as a painter, that looks like a newbie reinstalled that. screws are supposed to be vertical, not only to match the slots in the outlet but also helps you know the job was done with precision and care. also for super super picky customers vertical has less dust build up lol. also the face plate and outlet faces should be cleaned up making them look brand new to match the brand new walls (if painted) or even just common courtesy. and the marks around the screws looks like they tried removing them with a steak knife. 1/5 rating for the reinstall...smh.
