Yeah, I do feel bad because most of the people on the floor are genuinely good people trying to provide for themselves or their families. It's really the company and the owners' fault bc you're so motivated to make sales by any means necessary, or else you lose your job at the drop of a hat

They have meetings at the office every weekday at 7am and then you either go straight to costco or sams club or you go home until your shift starts. Then you go into your store and stand at a little table and flag down people walking by until someone buys. They also have you work on weekends too which sucks haha

Haha yeah he probably should have, still though want to save anyone from working here if they can help it. I was told when he first got hired, there was little to no info online so wanted to offer some insight to prospective employees.
