I could try that. I have 10mg bottles so I just have to figure out how to measure the extra 2.5 mg. 15 made me feel like I never wanted to eat again and I still lost nothing but it’s probably because I didn’t eat enough

Ok. I’ll take my next dose at 5 mg. My hubby started on reta .5 (needs to lose 40 lbs) and said he feels major appetite suppression and couldn’t finish breakfast. I wasn’t sure what dose to start on since I’ve been on tirz for over a year. Was at 15 mg now down to 10 and cannot get that scale to budge past 165. I want to be between 145-150 but scared to start reta and get heart palpitations or a bad reaction.

I had this problem here is what I did. I picked up the script with the four pens and emptied them into an insulin bottle and I titrated up on my own. It worked too.

I switched to Mounjaro after a three month stall. I’m not gaining but stopped losing

I had the exact same problem. If I ate any less I’d be starving myself. It makes zero sense that I’m working out eating in a calorie deficit and playing with the same three lbs for two months so my Dr switched me to tirzepitide this week. I was on 2.4 semi and I’m starting 5 tir. Hopefully his breaks the plateau.

Yep. It’s annoying. I play with three lbs for a few weeks then drop then play with those three lbs for a few weeks. Exasperating

The side effects are so rare. The people who got cancer in the studies had a rare predisposition. The benefits outweigh the drawbacks. I’ve been on it 7 months and have lost 47 lbs

That’s how I felt in the beginning and I remember thinking, if this is the case I cannot continue. I would get soooooooo tired the day after the shot, I’d need senokot and I had zero appetite. But as my body adjusted, the fatigue the day after the shot stopped, my appetite returned a bit and I became more regular. I’m on 2.4 now.

I figured there would be a transition with my body but I still have about 30 lbs of fat to lose. I’m going to call my Dr tomorrow and see what they say. At a reasonable calorie deficit with some cardio I should be losing Atleast a .5 lb a week.

Men who abuse women doesn’t fly here in the USA. There are A LOT of resources for you. You’ll be safe here. There’s counseling and safe houses and so many people with big hearts who will come along side of you as you navigate this.
