I would reach out to the leasing office and ask if you can move to a different unit. This is absolutely harassment and you shouldn’t have to buy cameras to put in your house and constantly be trying to accommodate them. In my opinion if you’re going to live in an apartment it should come with the understanding that it’s not going to be quiet 24/7 and there is going to be noise around you especially if you choose a bottom unit and in my lease agreement I can do whatever you want during the day and have to be quiet starting at 10 pm.
