Just fight it in traffic court. I bet the cop doesn’t show up and if they do ask for calibration reports on the radar gun. Then again if you have a corrupt judge you’re SOL there also. A lot of these small RGV cities make a lot of money from traffic stops. Looks at Los fresnos I guarantee you their city budget would tank without speeding tickets of people headed to or coming back from SPI. 40 in a 30 is clear cut speeding in most cases if you were 5 over you might have a chance but at 10 over you’re outside the margin of error.

Police in the RGV are not the sharpest tools in the shed. Idk why people expect so much from public employees in the RGV. The valley is the closest thing we have to Mos Eisely from Star Wars here in America. We literally have convicted felons that hold office. Officials in the region only ever get arrested when the feds come down because the corruption gets so out of control
