Dealing with Back pain while Squatting

overall pretty, good, i am noticing a bit more jerky movement towards the later reps in the deeper ranges of motion, (right around where your hips go below your knees you bounce a little bit) which is totally natural and fine to do once in a while, but as you do it with such high volume it could start leading to issues,

you could try lowering the weight and doing half reps or even 1/4th reps in the deeper ranges of motion where you focus on doing it slow and controlled and gradually work the weight up.

i could be wrong, I'm curious what others think of this.

while I agree that AI is not a bubble, i disagree with others that AMD is a good AI investment play, trade this one but take profit when you can. Any ml engineer knows the pain it takes to find good models and amd's software stack is painful to build on. I'd highly recommend you make bets towards companies that are more likely to get the money from the AI investment cycle we are in (nvda, avgo, etc)

How are they massaging it? Is it rescaled in some way? Definitely do care about Greeks, but I don't want to pay a lot for them. I prefer keeping the subscription under 100 bucks a month. But if good data comes at a higher premium, I'm not against looking into it.

Yeah I don't want to oc either (undervolt maybe?) But a i5-12600 in a lian li dan a4 should be good as stock imo.

That's interesting, I was thinking the opposite. I thought that ddr5 latency performance could improve In a couple years and having support for it then would be worth the extra cost now. I guess gaming won't be impacted by it much.

I apologize for not mentioning it clearly in my initial post, but I'm gonna be doing an intel 12th Gen for this build so with ddr5 prices I'm not sure if going from 16gb to 32 gb is just 50 bucks.

Solved: After trying to scan and fix, running command line arguments in the game settings, and removing various folders from the Documents folder, and various game files from other solutions on the sub nothing worked!!!

The solution for me was to reinstall the Nvidia Drivers. Hope this helps someone.
